About Me!

Hi! I'm Juliana and am very excited to be blogging! I am originally from Texas but live in Southern California so the year around sun is the best! However, you can take the girl out of Texas but you can't take the Texas out of the girl and I have very Southern tendencies. 

Healthy living is a topic that I am passionate about which is why I try and live my life according to the 4 Well Rules: 
  • Eat Well (eat as close to Primal as possible)
  • Sleep Well (I aim for 7-8 hours per night. Sometimes more!) 
  • Exercise Well (running is my favorite using Chi Running techniques but I also try and incorporate weights and yoga) 
  • Be Well (do what you enjoy and makes you happy-for me that is music, movies, hanging out with friends, facetiming with my family, and anything and all things Disney and of course eating) 

Without these rules, I would be hectic and all over the place. I feel like there are many blogs out there but not as many that speak to me-young (ish!), well-educated, not married, no kids, and into having fun!  I try to balance everyone working full-time, going school for my Doctorate (currently in dissertation writing and it is hectic!), supporting USC football, hanging out with my friends and family all over the country, traveling, keeping my run schedule and of course Disney, especially rundisney, while staying healthy. I am busy but I manage! 

I want to help you be your best and improve so I hope you enjoy your time here!
