My friends texted me saying they were doing a June Ab challenge and I decided to join them. I have been wanting to add more body resistance and planks to my workouts so this seems like the perfect time to do it!
I have been adding less than 5 min of actual weight training this week as not to over exert myself so this ab work has complimented nicely.
I'm on day 5 and it had been good so far. Real sit ups hurt my back so i just got as high as I can and then come back down.
My planks really are improving. Yay!
Anyone else doing an ab challenge or have done one in the past? Have you seen any results?
