Not much on the workout front after my 26 miler but I will be back in it this week before leaving for Orlando!
WEEK OF 2/8
Monday-rest and stretching and rolling
Tuesday-rest and stretching. I could barely get out of bed
Wednesday-easy 2 miles and it really did help my legs
Thursday-walking around Atlanta and out dancing
Friday-walking around Philly in the cold
Saturday-tons of walking! Walking in the snow is a leg workout!
Sunday-more walking! We averaged between 5-6 miles a day!
WEEK OF 2/17
Monday-more walking. My legs are getting sore :(
Tuesday- 2 mile run and lots of stretching and rolling
Weds-rolling and lots of relaxing. I'm still tired from Philly
Thursday-2.5mile run-last before GSG!
Friday- walking around the parks and rolling/stretching before bed
Saturday-inaugural princess 10k!
Sunday-princess half marathon and coast to coast!
WEEK OF 2/23
Thursday-wanted to do a 3 mile run but it was raining! :( so I will count this as a race/recovery day
Saturday- 6 mile run (if my legs are up to it)
Sunday-yoga and Disneyland
