We have always been interested in nutrition but in the past few months it has really kicked into overdrive. We did the 21-Day sugar detox and it changed both of our lives immensely. We were able to really understand what we were eating and what we needed to be doing to really being healthy. Since then, we have been actively reading more and learning as much as we can.
We are hoping in this blog that we can educate you and everyone else on what is the true healthy way of living but that is also realistic and easy to do. We both work full-time and need things to be quick, easy and healthy.
