Tuesdays on the Run: Hoarding?

Another Tuesday, another Tuesday on the Run hosted by our favorites: 
Erika from MCM Mama Runs, Marcia from Marcia's Healthy Slice and Patty from No-Guilt Life.Today's topic is on being a hoarder or not with gear. 

I don't think I'm a hoarder when it comes to running stuff but I think I may be! 
  1. I have almost every race shirt I have earned. However I rarely buy other shirts to run in unless they're costumes. 
  2. Every costume I have ever made, I still have so I can use the parts for other costumes 
  3. I have a jacket for almost disney race weekend
  4. I have so many ProCompression socks and they are in all colors
  5. I have about 8 pairs of shoes I rotate through during training
  6. I have over 25 sweatybands
  7. I have sparkle skirts and other skirts in almost every color-definitely at least 15
  8. I have sparkle athletic hats in all colors too! 
  9. I have a bucket of fuel in my closet. I also have tons of protein powder, recovery fuel in the kitchen. 


Even though that's a lot, I do use all I have. I run a lot and need supplies. and even better, I have it all organized very well but I am starting to outgrow  And I am currently going through my bottoms and getting rid of the ones that are old or don't fit. I actually found a new style at Target that I am excited about.

​Time for some weekly accountability! I will recapping how I have done on the 4 Well Rules over the last week: Eat Well, Sleep Well, Exercise Well and Be Well New Linkup for Monday! I will linking up with MissSippiPiddlin and HoHo Runs to talk about my week recap! Welcome to the 4 well rules that I try to follow as I go through my week! Let's get to it!

EAT WELLEating has been okay. I've mostly been going through most leftovers while at home. I made high use of carbs before RnRSD! 
This week is just about getting back on track. I actually went to the grocery store-a shocker!!
SLEEP WELL My sleep has been getting better. I barely slept in Tempe and coming back made it rough. I was able to sleep almost 8 hours before the half which my body definitely appreciated! 
I am sleeping well this week and I am feeling pretty good so far! 

EXERCISE WELL
LAST WEEK:
  • Monday: traveling back from Tempe
  • Tuesday: Biggest Loser-resistance bands 
  • Wednesday: ran 1.5 miles and had to cut it short. 
  • Thursday: ran 1.67 miles and it was hot! I should have brought a hat 
  • Friday: rest day
  • Saturday: RnRSD 5k
  • Sunday: RnRSD Half 

THIS WEEK: 
  • Monday: Rest Day
  • Tuesday: Rest Day because my legs were sore
  • Wednesday: Yoga recovery
  • Thursday: 3 miles
  • Friday: Piyo
  • Saturday: 5 miles
  • Sunday: weights

BE WELL
Class is still just okay but I'm ready to be done! 2 more weeks after this week. San Diego was a lot of fun even though I wasn't a big fan of the races-I will explain in my recaps. I took the train for the first time and really enjoyed that experience-so relaxing!
This week will be the first time in 6 weeks I will be home and I'm looking forward to it. But I will have schoolwork to get done.
