So I have a big announcement:
I'm renaming my blog!
As I have started blogging, I have taken on a different identity that when I started and the style has changed. I want something a bit different.
When I started, my best friend and I had the idea to blog together and alternate. It never came together as we would have liked and that is part of the issue.
Also, I am presenting a session at a work conference in September about healthy living. For that, I came up with the easy concept to remember: 4 well rules! The 4 Well rules are:
Easy to remember and easy to divide up in a presentation and as I've been working on it, I realized I really like the concept and feel like it fits me well.
So I have decided to change my name to that: 4 Well rules.
So what does that mean?
A few things will be coming:
1. Site re- design
2. Consolidation of some old things into new things
3. A few new pages
4. A real URL
5. A bit varied content. I will still focus on running and a bit of Disney but will also be including more about food and eating as well as sleep and other things I do for fun (concerts , movies, music, days out with friends, television shows).
I think this change will reflect more of what I enjoy and more of my healthy living as I work to find a balance between being healthy, work, friends, family and living my life.
When will this be happening? Slowly over the next month or so. I plan on trying and getting some things done over the long weekend so hopefully next week, things will start to come together.
