Where I have been??
Sadly recovering from injury. I had two cases of sciatica which was no fun.
My first case came when I slept on the couch in a word position, ran too fast, didn't roll and wore bad shoes. By the end of the day, I couldn't walk and missed two days of work :(
I went to an acupuncturist and she agreed with my running regimen that I was going to have to stretch and yoga every day and have this be my new reality. I took that to heart and got better
Fast forward three weeks and I was home in Texas stretching before I ran and the same thing happened. Stretching on a sheet over a hardwood floor wasn't cutting it. I recovered much faster by rolling 3 times a day but was still iffy for a few weeks. I ran a 10k a week and a half later and was slow (12:30 in the rain) and I was fine. I still and feeling the effects but after my 5 mile run on Christmas, all my tightness is gone!
