EAT WELL
Well things have been better but hopefully it'll get better this week. One of issues has been all week eating has made me nauseous so it makes eating a chore. I'm finally getting over that but I'm not having much of a appetite but I hope it comes back soon.
Since I'm not eating much, I'm not needing to shop or cook much which makes it easy. I'm hoping to get some use of out my pantry soon-I may make a fall chili which sounds yummy!
SLEEP WELL
Wow sleep has been incredible averaging almost 9 hours a night. Im going to bed when I'm tired and waking up when I can. I don't want to sleep too much so I need to work on my morning routine until we switch our clocks. I hate getting up when it's pitch black and we're at that point now :/
EXERCISE WELL
LAST WEEK: not much. After my outpatient procedure, I was exhausted, crampy and feeling just blah. I finally started feeling better Saturday so I didn't do any working out. I was worried it would make me feel worse. I did run the Surf City 10 miler on Sunday and it was a bit of a disaster. I'm still recovering I guess.
THIS WEEK:
- M-Yoga
- T-3 miles recovery
- W-Piyo + abs
- R-3 miles
- F- running strength weights
- S- 5 miles with a magic mile
- S-Rest day/yoga
I'm happy that I'm on the recovery from my outpatient procedure. The amazing amount of sleep I've been getting, time to relax and catch up on tv has been good for me. I'm feeling pretty relaxed overall which I haven't felt in awhile. The relaxation is making the dissertation process so much easier-I feel my ideas flowing and working which has been great! My dissertation is moving along really well! I'm doing weekly meetings with my chair and I'm feeling confident I can get a decent rough draft by December which makes me ecstatic!
How was your week?
