Thanksgiving week was awesome! I never felt gross and had good eats!
healthy eating but back to a mini carbload on Friday for the 10k on Saturday! I have food in the crockpot for this week and was able too stretch my thanksgiving leftovers for lunch this week.
PAST WEEK: Sleep is much more on track now: I feel much better averaging 7.5 hours a night again! Including 9 hours after my 20 miler on Friday.
I'm a bit sluggish from all the running and stress from school work so I'm hoping to be able to average 7.5 hours until my race on Saturday!
I'm so ready for Dopey! My runs went really well even though my long run was cut short on Friday from the heat (77 with no breeze and no shade! Almost as bad as the LA marathon).
MON: Rest Day but 45 min of stretching and rolling
TUES: 3 miles (10:26 pace)
WEDS: 4 miles (11:49 pace)
THURS: 5k+ 10k (31:44 then 59:21!! Full recap tomorrow)
FRI: 20 miles in 4:15 (12:49 pace)
SAT: active recovery-lots of walking and stretching
SUN: rest day but Disneyland!
MON: Rest Day
TUES: 3 miles
THURS: 3 miles
SAT: Santa Monica Christmas 10k
SUN: rest day but Disneyland again!
- THANKSGIVING! YAY!
- last home football game and we KILLED Notre dame! Woo! And I got an awesome bottle of wine
- Disneyland Day yesterday even though it rained
- 3 day work week
- papers all done (at least drafts) for school!
- last week of school!!
- Christmas 10k on Saturday-look for my race goals later this week!
- Rain-we desperately need it
