Time for some weekly accountability! I will recapping how I have done on the 4 Well Rules over the last week: Eat Well, Sleep Well, Exercise Well and Be Well New Linkup for Monday! I will linking up with MissSippiPiddlin and HoHo Runs to talk about my week recap! Welcome to the 4 well rules that I try to follow as I go through my week! Let's get to it !

EAT WELL
I carbloaded well for Princess and definitely indulged in the drink and eats. However I wouldn't trade it for anything and had such an amazing time. I ate more carbs than I would have liked after for recovery but I'm feeling good now.
My goal for the week is to get back to low carb eating Tues-Thurs by aiming for no added sugars, and no grains. I will eat some carbs on Friday as a prep for my running clinic on Saturday and 10k on Sunday.

SLEEP WELL
I still can't believe how much sleep I was able to get after the LAM. I slept well until the red eye (as expected) and got close to 7 hours of sleep every night in Florida. I was under the weather when I got back, and slept a lot over the weekend and I'm feeling pretty refreshed.
My goal is to get as close to 8 hours of sleep a night. My goal is get ready for bed around 930 and get in bed by 10.

EXERCISE WELL
Two Weeks ago:
Monday: rest day after LAM
Tuesday: easy 2 miles
Wednesday: rest day with light stretching
Thursday: unplanned rest day-it was raining and dark and I didn't want to risk an injury or getting sick
Friday: rest day:travel day
Saturday: Princess 10k
Sunday: Princess half

Last week:
Monday: rest day/universal
Tuesday: travel day
Wednesday: light weights
Thursday: 2 mile run cut short by my coughing
Friday: rest day so I could kick this cold
Saturday: 4x400s (1:51/1:57/1:51/2)
Sunday: recovery yoga

This week:
Monday: Cize abs-which kicked my butt-wow
Tuesday: 3 miles testing out 60/15
Wednesday: Piyo upper body
Thursday: 3 mile run
Friday: rest day
Saturday: Chi Running clinic
Sunday: Coaster Run 10k

BE WELL
I loved the Princess Half weekend-the weather was great and I had two fabulous races as I had almost no pain when running. Yay for recovering well. I'm starting to get aches and pains now so I'm just trying to stay loose. I think I may need a massage soon!
My dissertation is coming along. I found some PERFECT articles this weekend and can't wait to write them up and try to get ahead a little bit!
I'm ready to get back into my workout routine. I'm going to try to up the intensity to help me tone up and lose some extra weight and hopefully help my running.
I'm so excited for this Chi Running clinic on Saturday with Danny Dreyer! I'm hoping I'll get some tips that'll really help me with my form.

How was your week?

The Chi running clinic sounds wonderful. We covered that a little in my coaching class and I've read about it too. I hope you get some great tips that you can pass along. One of these days, I'm going to run Princess. Nobody can do it better than Disney. I enjoyed seeing your I/G pics too. Thanks for linking with us Juliana.
