Eat Well
I've been pretty good on this front. After bib pickup, I got a kids meal at chipotle and it maybe my new go to meal at the mall-5 dollars and it was filling.
I celebrated Easter with a bit too much candy and sugary treats but with easter over, I'll be much better this week.
Sleep Well
I'm still getting over my cold (it comes and goes which is annoying) but I caught up on sleep last night!
This week I am hoping to average 8 hours of sleep a night
Exercise Well
Mon: Piyo upper body
Tues: 2 miles before work
Weds: Weights at the gym and tweak my hip
Thurs: 1.6 miles-my hip was acting up
Fri: dynamic stretch
Sat: 5k-new PR by 7 seconds (29:43!)
Sun: 10 miles with 4 hill repeats
This week:
Core work every day! Along with new stretches I got from Running Strong
Mon: rest day
Tues: 3 easy pace miles
Weds: weights at the gym
Thurs: 3 miles Fartlek (3 random segments at race pace)
Fri: dynamic stretch
Sat: Angels foundation 5k
Sun: Disneyland walking
Be Well
With Ralph's sister and niece here from London, we've been very busy with them all weekend!
We had a fabulous race and time at the track-full recap coming later this week.
This week will be busy as well with another race and a full Disneyland day on Sunday with Ralph's niece!
