Time for some weekly accountability! I will recapping how I have done on the 4 Well Rules over the last week: Eat Well, Sleep Well, Exercise Well and Be Well. I have decided to link up with Tara of Running n Reading as I love linkups. Make sure to check out the other bloggers there too!
EAT WELL
I did okay. I had a few too many snacks/treats which is common when I am stressed. I did not go grocery shopping and I think that was definitely a negative. I ate out a lot but tried to make good choices.
I went grocery shopping yesterday and already prepped my food for the week. I will be on track before I start carbloading on Weds! I even bought some snack popcorn for work to get in my carbs :)
SLEEP WELL
My sleep was great until this weekend. I was sleeping 7 or so hours and even got 8.5 hours on Friday (work has been insane all week!) but then I was up on Saturday until 3am working on papers :/ I have felt exhausted and can't wait to finish my paper today so I can be stress free for 2 weeks.
My goal is to get close to 8 this week prepping for PDC. Friday will be busy (have to get up at 4am to do dining reservations for Wine and Dine and also at 6 to get in the shoe queue for the new tinkerbell shoes).
EXERCISE WELL
Monday: rest day
Tuesday: 2 miles
Wednesday: unplanned rest day with long work day
Thursday: 3 miles speed work-5x400 (2:10 average)
Friday: unplanned rest day because of long work day
Saturday: 3 miles at 11:00 (too hot!)
Sunday: 3 miles at 10:11 pace (I think I found my interval!)
Monday: rest day
Tuesday: 3 easy miles with core work
Wednesday: biggest loser weights
Thursday: 3 miles with a few gliders +light core work
Friday: dynamic stretch
Saturday: tinker bell 10k
Sunday: tinker bell half
BE WELL
This was a great week!
Monday: surprise date at Houstons
Wednesday: dinner and Escape LA (we were locked in a room and had an hour to get out using clues)
Thursday: Avengers: Age of Ultron in 3D
Saturday: Watching the Kentucky derby at Santa Anita Park(I won money on the trifecta box!!)
Sunday: turned in my 35-page paper!!
All I need to do is finish my final paper today and I'll have a 2 week break (minus getting started on my reading).
And the big event of the week: Pixie Dust Challenge!! I'm so excited to rundisney again.
How was your week?

Houstons was amazing! It's literally 3 blocks from my house and I've lived there for 3 years. I'm so surprised I've never tried it before
