EAT WELL
I tried to make the healthiest choices but at the same time, it's vacation! I'm having dessert all the time and I'm eating awesome food!
Now time to get back to it. I have a 5k on 4th of July I want to do well at so I need to get back on the healthy eating train-proteins, healthy fats, fruits and veggies. I also need to cut back on the coffee-so much coffee!!
SLEEP WELL
I'm pretty tired from the time change. I tried to sleep as much as I could but if my siblings went to bed early they would be up by 7. And pushing a stroller in the heat was crazy!
This week my plan is to get enough to feel rested. I will be in Dallas this weekend for my cousins wedding with the kids again so I need sleep!
EXERCISE WELL
WDW theme parks. I had planned to do Piyo but pushing the kids and carrying them has been a workout enough.
This week the focus will be core work and weights. I need to get back into it!
Monday:
Tuesday: 3 mile run +core work
Wednesday: weight training
Thursday: 3 mile run +core work
Friday: Piyo
Saturday: 5 miles in the Texas heat! Eek!
Sunday: Piyo
BE WELL
Vacation was amazing. I had so much fun with my family, boyfriend and best friend (she was in Orlando for a conference!). We are already planning on going in 2 years and I can't wait. Until then, I am planning a short WDw trip in Sept and then a longer trip (a week!) in November.
Back to work :(. We got new floors at work while I was on vacation so I will be unpacking like crazy all week.
I will see my family again this weekend for my cousins wedding and I'm excited. Even crazier-next week I end my first summer class!! I will be working on my final paper and presentation all week while also trying to get back into running. An almost 2 week break is no joke!
