EAT WELLEating has been okay. I've mostly been going through most leftovers while at home. I made high use of carbs before RnRSD!
This week is just about getting back on track. I actually went to the grocery store-a shocker!!
SLEEP WELL My sleep has been getting better. I barely slept in Tempe and coming back made it rough. I was able to sleep almost 8 hours before the half which my body definitely appreciated!
I am sleeping well this week and I am feeling pretty good so far!
- Monday: traveling back from Tempe
- Tuesday: Biggest Loser-resistance bands
- Wednesday: ran 1.5 miles and had to cut it short.
- Thursday: ran 1.67 miles and it was hot! I should have brought a hat
- Friday: rest day
- Saturday: RnRSD 5k
- Sunday: RnRSD Half
- Monday: Rest Day
- Tuesday: Rest Day because my legs were sore
- Wednesday: Yoga recovery
- Thursday: 3 miles
- Friday: Piyo
- Saturday: 5 miles
- Sunday: weights
Class is still just okay but I'm ready to be done! 2 more weeks after this week. San Diego was a lot of fun even though I wasn't a big fan of the races-I will explain in my recaps. I took the train for the first time and really enjoyed that experience-so relaxing!
This week will be the first time in 6 weeks I will be home and I'm looking forward to it. But I will have schoolwork to get done.
