EAT WELL
I cooked most of my meals and was very much on track. I bought a lot of veggies and was able to get through them. This week I need to make a focus on fruit-I bought so much and need to get through all of it. I have also gotten lots of snacks for this weekend at D23 so I can try and eat as healthy as possible.
SLEEP WELL
My sleep was much better and I have averaged closer to 7.5 hours a night. I had one night of crazy sleep (after being out so late) but I feel like I was able to catch up.
My goal is to get as close to 8 hours of sleep a night as I can this week before D23. Now that school is over, I have a lot more free time which is nice!

BE WELL
- Class is over! woo-hoo! now to have a 2 week break (really it will be like a week because we will get our new syllabi from the classes soon. I ordered my books already!)
- I went wine tasting this Saturday and it was incredible. It is something I need to do more often because it is so fun!
- This week I need to get a lot done at work before D23 this weekend! I will be down there the whole weekend (Thursday night-Sunday night) and am so excited already! I am hoping we can get into all of the panels.
