EAT WELL
LAST WEEK: I did very well however I tried to carbloading with more sugar than usual (cookies, sweetened tea and coffee and a water ice) and it ended well I thought then my boyfriend said-WOW, you are really breaking out--thanks babe! I can indulge in sugary treats while carbloading but I need to still limit it.
COOKED:
- I had so many leftovers this week!
- Meal 1: quesadillas! so good! (recipe coming soon)
THIS WEEK:
- I want to stay on the healthy eating train. I have a lot of veggies to use this week-I may crock pot it tomorrow.
MEALS TO COOK:- MEAL 1: eggs and bacon (fresh bacon!woo!)
- MEAL 2: chicken and squash noodles
- MEAL 3: pork and veggies
SLEEP WELL
LAST WEEK: As good as possible considering how humid it is and hard to sleep. I hope I can get back to 8 hours of real sleep soon! I actually slept last night without the fan for the first time in weeks. crazy!
THIS WEEK:
heat, heat, heat, heat! Praying it will cool down a bit this week.
EXERCISE WELL
LAST WEEK:
- Monday: Rest Day. Recovered from my great run on Sunday
- Tuesday: 2.21 miles (10:27 miles)-crazy day at work so I had to cut it short.
- Wednesday: 30 min yoga/stretching and core
- Thursday: 5k (11:25 pace-shoes have got to go!)
- Friday: 4 miles (11:51 pace)-such a bad run, too late, too hungry, never again!
- Saturday: 13.24 (10:26 pace) so much drama because the GPS was so under (it said 12 miles!) i went out way too fast for a training run but that put me at a half time of 2:16!!!! AHHHHH
- Sunday: rest day! Disneyland walking then walking to and from the Beyonce concert.
- I did no core this week but will get back on it this week!
THIS WEEK:- Monday: PiYo Orientation
- Tuesday: 5k easy pace
- Wednesday: PiYo
- Thursday: 5k-speed work
- Friday: rest or PiYo
- Saturday: working! eek!
- Sunday: 6 miles or maybe rest depending on how Saturday goes
- Monday: PiYo Orientation
- I did no core this week but will get back on it this week!
- BE WELL
THIS WEEK:
I got a lot of good things in but work was very stressful so it was a hard week! Also, I had a cold that was trying to morph itself into something more serious but I finally beat it Friday night. - HIGHLIGHTS:
- guardians of then galaxy in IMAX3d was amazing! So good-highly recommend
- a great beach run on Saturday (beat my dream PR half time!)
- FINALLY planning my bday party! my golden bday (28 on the 28th)!!! More details will come out soon but it involves mimosas and Frozen!
- Disneyland on Sunday and crowds were non-existent!
- I renewed my AP! I'm good to go to WDW and DL through August 2015 AND ordered my new magicband
- Beyonce/Jay Z concert last night that was an amazing way to kick off the week.

- I start my doctoral program today-first class!
- cooking and cleaning my house (it's just a mess right now)
- D23 Fanniversary-Satruday at 5PM
- meal at Tam O'Shanter: Walt's favorite restaurant in Burbank/Glendale!
