overall, it went well. a Solid B of a run. the first 15 miles were great and I realized one of the best things about this process is my half time should improve a lot as those first 13 miles were a breeze.
I learned a lot which i will talk about later but I learned a lot about the mental aspect, learning to do math, being tired, fueling and recovering.
I am very glad I did the practice run and now I know my body can do it! and also realized what a crazy training Dopey is going to be!
