The second dining experience was the Star Wars dinner with the fab 5 characters dressed up as their Star Wars alter ego. I loved this meal-the character interaction was great (I had a light saber fight with goofy!), the food was good and the theming was fun. The place settings were both red and blue and got be rolled up to show your alliance (light or dark)-I of course chose light side. The buffet had two sides and one side had a lot less visitors so we always went to that side and got through quickly. The best was the desserts! So cutely themed and so good. We definitely stuffed ourselves.
We met:
Mickey as a Jedi at the entrance
Minnie as Princess Leia
Donald as a Stormtrooper
Goofy as Darth Vader
Chip and Dale as Ewoks
After this meal, we met up with my mom and had a themed Star Wars drink and then stayed for the fireworks. The new show will premiere tomorrow night and I'm assuming will be similar. I saw this show two years in a row and loved it both times.
Overall, I will miss Star Wars Weekends but was glad that it looks like they used a lot of the experiences to test what was to come. Hopefully they will keep doing that!
We're you ever able to experience Star Wars weekends?
