This is great news for those of us out there with an allergy or dietary restriction. Disneyland and Walt Disney World will start offering menus with dietary information on them. This way, you do not have to speak to a chef unless it is necessary. As much as I like to speak the chef while I eat, it does slow down the ordering process by usually at least 15 minutes. Often times I know exactly what I want and the chef approves it right away.
The allergies the menus will mention will be: gluten/wheat, milk, peanut, tree nut and fish

here is what the Disney Parks blog has to say about it. It looks like they will start this month and then expand to more restaurants by September 2015.
