Instead of writing about true dreams, I am going to write about three realistic wishes that I wish would happen over night but are actually going to take some time to finish.
- Gain my speed back: still a struggle but I am starting to gain ground
- Find a training plan that works for me: I need to increase my mileage if I want to see results and some of that is with my mid-week runs.
- Cross train to get stronger and prevent injuries: Still working on this but I am hoping to keep injuries at bay as I ramp up my mileage for 3 marathons in 3 months!
