1. Roll at work- C-
I was basically only at work half of the month and I think I rolled half of those days. Fail
2. Plank every day F
NOPE not even close. I have barely planked and I can tell I am losing my strength. It was very hard as basically the entire month of November I was either in a taper, racing, recovering from a race, or trying to sleep
3. Roll every day F
Did not happen. I have definitely gotten lazy and I feel it in my muscles. I have some plans for December and hopefully can fix this
4. Rock the NYC Marathon- A
I definitely rocked it and plan on posting the recap this week. It is hard to write long recaps as well as prep 2 presentations and 2 15 page papers. Once the papers wrap up, expect more recaps to come through December :)
1. Roll at work
I NEED TO DO THIS! Even if it just for a minute or two a day, it really does make a difference on my sore spots.
2. Plank every day
Yes, every day! I definitely let this get away from me. My goal is to plank at least 2 minutes a day.
3. Roll every day
Sometimes I get lazy and I can't let that happen. I have 8 races in November and need to stay healthy so I can do well in them. By stretching and rolling every day, it will help keep my muscles loose.
As school and work wind down, I want to actually spend some time relaxing and making sure I am sleeping enough. My goal is as close to 8 hours of sleep a night as I can get.
How about you? What are your goals for over the Holidays?
