Last week (1/26-2/1)
Sunday- rest day
Monday- 20 min of weights
Tuesday- 5k run
Wednesday- 30 min of yoga
Thursday- 8 mile run, 3 mile walk
Friday- 30 min on treadmill
Saturday- rest day as I was still tired
Next week:
Sunday- 15 min of yoga/stretching in the room
Monday- another rest day!
Tuesday- 40 min treadmill
Wednesday- yoga and stretching
Thursday- 5k run
Friday- 20 min weights
Saturday- 15 min yoga
Sunday-26.2 miles! Wow it's finally here
Now to prep for that run!
