Hi all! I hope you had a great week as I know I did! Very busy weekend but all fun! See the picture at the end for our derby day picture.
Week of April 28th-RECAP
- Monday-5 min weight workout (with 20 lbs instead of my usual 5 lbs)
- Tuesday-5k
- Wednesday-rest day!
- Thursday-5k
- Friday-rest day! I woke up feeling awful. However I still got my 10000 steps in!
- Saturday- 10k run. I was a minute off my PR time which is great because I walked more than I wanted to because it was hot.
- Sunday-rest day. Spent most of the day cleaning and relaxing and running errands. Saturday was very busy so I was happy to get some relaxation in
GOALS FOR THE WEEK: - Run 3 times including a 6 mile run-YES! I did this and did it well. Im proud. That 6 mile run is my longest since March!
- Weights 2 times-1 with 20 lbs and 1 with 5FAIL! I only did 1 arm workout. The heat we had last week was really effecting me and I was having bad cramps so I didn't want to risk it. .
- 1 yoga day FAIL AGAIN! I definitely did some more stretching but I need one day just focused on yoga. I definitely think its part of the reason I'm having shin and calf pain
Week of May 5th-PLAN! - Monday-15 min weight workout
- Tuesday-run 5k
- Wednesday-30 min of yoga
- Thursday-run 5k
- Friday-15 min of weights and stretching before spending the evening at 6 flags magic mountain
- Saturday- rest day as I have 2 parties to go to
- Sunday-Disneyland!
GOALS FOR THE WEEK: - Run 3 times including fitting in
- Weights 2 times- both with 5 lb weights
- 1 yoga day
- Hitting at least 8000 steps a day with my FitBit
- Stretching and rolling 10 minutes a day
