MONDAY: 10 min with 5 pound weights
TUESDAY: 2.2 miles at 10:49 pace
THURSDAY: 2.2 miles at 10:40 pace (and it felt easy! woo-hoo!)
FRIDAY: very active day
SATURDAY: yoga and stretching
SUNDAY: Culver City 10k where I PRed! 1:02:46 (I promise a post is coming on it)
** all days I did the 30 day ab challenge and loved it. Hopefully I will have better abs by the end.
THIS WEEK PLAN:
MONDAY: 10 min with 20 pound weights
WEDNESDAY: 30 min yoga
THURSDAY: 1 mile straight and some stretching and errands
FRIDAY: 8 miles before I get my friend Jen from the train station
SATURDAY: rest day but I will be active
SUNDAY: hike with Jen
Hopefully work will calm down so I can get some more working out in and not be as stressed!
