- Sunday-6 mile run and also walking around the festival of books for 3 hours for a total of 11.5 miles.
- Monday-rest day
- Tuesday-3 miles in 38 min (training run with Ralph!)
- Wednesday-signed up for Dopey and rest day!
- Thursday-3 miles in 33:30 (fastest time!)-over 1 min off my time from a week ago!
- Friday-rest day but still hit almost 14000 steps touring the town with Damian
- Saturday-errands and spring football game-14500 steps
- Sunday-ran 2.5 miles (worst run ever!) but redeemed myself with a solid 5k with Ralph for a total of 5.5 miles on Easter and 13000 steps
- Run 3 times-yes! And got in 2 training runs with Ralph
- Weights 2 times: FAIL :/ I was sore from carrying too many groceries on Saturday. Not again! but I will get on it this week.
- Register for Dopey-YES! And beyond excited.
Week of April 21st-PLAN
- Monday-5 min weight workout (with 20 lbs instead of my usual 5 lbs)
- Tuesday-run 5k
- Wednesday-15 min weights and stretching
- Thursday-run 5k and hike in the afternoon
- Friday-rest day!
- Saturday- 4-5 mile run
- Sunday-weights and stretching
GOALS FOR THE WEEK:
- Run 3 times (once with Ralph)
- Weights 2 times
- Stretching and rolling for at least 5 min a day
