Hi all! An update is coming tomorrow with my recovery from emergency appendectomy last week. This post won't have much to say but just a bit!
Sunday-great 10k training run (recap coming this week!)
Monday-weight lifting for 15 minutes
Tuesday-ran 5k in about 38 minutes (super easy pace). Had bad stomah cramps
Wednesday-hospital and surgery
Friday-walked about a mile today for the day
Saturday-walked about 2 miles
Sunday-Disneyland and walked 12 miles! Even though I rode like 4 things all day :/
Monday-walking around and running errands
Tuesday-doctors appointment and hopefully errands. I will find out more of what I'm allowed to do!
Wednesday-would love to get some yoga in? Maybe Disneyland??
Thursday-yoga?? And prepping for graduation
Friday-graduation. I will be walking around a lot
Sunday-hopefully the Girls on the Run 5k. Worst case scenario: I just have to walk it. I would love to be able to fit some running in though!
Overall, I did the most I could. I want to get a workout routine started before Leavig for Florida next week!
