Work has been insane (and still is insane for the week) so I have been SWAMPED. I tried to get in as many workouts as possible and I feel like I did the best I could since I logged about 50+ hours of working over the week!
MONDAY: Rest Day
TUESDAY: Rest Day
WEDNESDAY: Rest Day (that 10K kicked my butt!)
THURSDAY: 1 straight mile-10:28
FRIDAY: 8 miles at 11:04 pace (still a bit tired, and it was very hot but I got the miles out)
SATURDAY: beach time!
** all days I did the 30 day ab challenge and loved it. Hopefully I will have better abs by the end.
THIS WEEK PLAN:
MONDAY: 10 min with weights
WEDNESDAY: 30 min yoga
FRIDAY: Rest day
SATURDAY: 20 min of weights
SUNDAY: 4 easy miles
