Week of April 21st
- Monday-5 min weight workout (with 20 lbs instead of my usual 5 lbs)
- Tuesday-run 5k
- Wednesday-rolling and stretching
- Thursday-run 5k and hike in the afternoon
- Friday-rest day! However I hit my 10000 step goal because of all my errands and shopping
- Saturday- another 5 min weight session with the 20 lb weights. So heavy'
- Sunday-easy 3 mile run around the Rosé Bowl with Ralph. 36 min
GOALS FOR THE WEEK:
- Run 3 times (once with Ralph)-yes! I did it'
- Weights 2 times-did this to but did it with 20 lb weights
- Stretching and rolling for at least 5 min a day-did this too but in still pretty sore :/
Week of April 28th-PLAN
- Monday-5 min weight workout (with 20 lbs instead of my usual 5 lbs)
- Tuesday-run 5k
- Wednesday-15 min weights and stretching
- Thursday-run 5k
- Friday-20 min of yoga
- Saturday- 6 mile run
- Sunday-rest day
GOALS FOR THE WEEK:
- Run 3 times including a 6 mile run
- Weights 2 times-1 with 20 lbs and 1 with 5
- 1 yoga day
